How to install PC TrueType fonts
NOTE: Never Install a TrueType and Type 1 font with the same
name.
FROM WINDOWS 3.x.
Installing TrueType Fonts (Recommended, if you do not use
Adobe Type Manager)
From Program Manager open MAIN and double-click the Control
Panel. Select (double-click) the Fonts icon.
When you see the ADD FONTS dialog box, select ADD. In the
Drives box, select the drive letter for your CD-ROM drive.
When the CD-ROM opens, you will see several named folders.
Open the "FONTS" folder.
You will see a list of numbered sub-folders; find the number
of the font you want to install and double-click on it.
Each numbered folder contains two sub-folders. Each sub-
folder name repeats the font number followed by True or
Typ1 to indicate the font type. We recommend that you use
TrueType if you do not use Adobe Type Manager
Open the TrueType folder. You'll see the font's name appear
in the "List of Fonts" window followed by the word TrueType
in parenthesis. Like this: Font Name (TrueType)
Select the font name (click on it once) and click OK to add
